LEARN BLACKJACK RULES
Blackjack is a relatively simple game to play. The game is played at an arc-shaped table with places for up to seven players on the outside. The dealer sits on the inside. The objective of the blackjack game is to accumulate cards with point totals as close to 21 without going over 21 and to beat the dealer. If your cards total higher than the dealer's cards without going over 21 you win.
a) Face cards (Jacks, Queens and Kings) are worth 10 points.
b) Aces are worth 1 or 11, whichever is preferable.
c) Other cards are represented by their number.
If your hand or the dealer's hand goes over 21 you "Bust." If you bust you automatically lose. If the dealer busts and you do not you win. the dealers hand totals higher then the players hand the player looses. If the dealers hand totals less then the player, the player wins. If ether hand is over 21, then that player busts and looses the game. If the player and the dealer both have the same value, the hand is considered a Push and the player's money is held for the next game. Player is dealt two cards as is the banker although one of the banker's cards is face down. The player has the option of receiving extra cards until he wants while the dealer has to hit until he reaches 17 or higher upon which he must stand.
